Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté onion until translucent, then add garlic, ginger, and turmeric.
- Add celery, carrots, and chicken. Cook until chicken is lightly opaque.
- Stir in cauliflower, broth, and seasoning.
- Simmer gently for 25–30 minutes until tender.
