Description

Delicious and chewy blondies loaded with white chocolate chips and sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • ¾ + ⅛ cup sprinkles
  • ¾ + ⅛ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 glass baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cornstarch. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix just until combined.
  5. Fold in ¾ cup of sprinkles and ¾ cup of white chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Top batter with additional sprinkles and white chocolate chips (about ⅛ cup of each).
  8. Bake blondies for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow blondies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
