Instructions
- Start with the base of cottage cheese into a microwave-safe bowl. Think of this as the creamy, protein-rich base that brings everything together. Give it a quick stir to smooth it out a bit—it doesn’t need to be perfect.
- Add the cooked chicken to the cottage cheese. I love using leftover grilled chicken breast or rotisserie chicken—it saves time and still tastes amazing. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning.
