Deliciously chewy and chocolatey bars made with Golden Grahams cereal and marshmallows.

- 8 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 5 cups mini marshmallows, divided
- 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
- ¼ cup light corn syrup
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare Your Pan: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper. This makes removing and slicing the bars much easier later.
- Melt the Chocolate Mixture: In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter, 1 ½ cups of chocolate chips, ¼ cup corn syrup, and 4 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth, shiny, and the marshmallows are fully melted.
- Add Vanilla and Cereal: Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Then gently fold in the Golden Grahams cereal until every piece is coated in the warm chocolate-marshmallow mixture.
- Fold in More Marshmallows: Let the mixture cool slightly—just a couple of minutes—then fold in the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
- Press Into the Pan: Spoon the mixture into your prepared pan and press it down gently with a spatula. For an extra touch, sprinkle a few extra marshmallows and chocolate chips on top while it’s still warm.
- Cool and Slice: Let the bars cool at room temperature for about 1–2 hours, or place them in the fridge for 30 minutes if you’re in a hurry. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- These treats can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For an added flavor twist, try using different types of chocolate chips or adding nuts.
