- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup choice of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides evenly.
- Spread pizza sauce directly onto the crust, making sure to cover every inch.
- Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add your choice of toppings generously.
- Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper as desired.
- Sprinkle the remainder of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
