A delicious buffalo chicken pizza topped with mozzarella and garnished with fresh onions.

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Ranch dressing (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches wide and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Boil chicken breasts in water for about 15 minutes until fully cooked. Shred while warm.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the prepared dough and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then garnish with red and green onions before slicing.
Notes
- This pizza pairs well with ranch dressing on the side.
- You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to control the spiciness.
