Description

Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss carrot pieces in the honey mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Spread carrots on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
