Description

A delicious treat made with fresh strawberries stuffed with cream cheese and topped with whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries (about 12 medium-sized)
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently wash and dry the strawberries; cut off the tops and hollow out a small space in each berry.
  3. Fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  4. Top with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
  5. Refrigerate filled strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh strawberries that are firm and ripe.
  • You can adjust the sweetness of the filling by adding more or less powdered sugar.
