Description
A delicious treat made with fresh strawberries stuffed with cream cheese and topped with whipped cream.

- 1 pound fresh strawberries (about 12 medium-sized)
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh whipped cream
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently wash and dry the strawberries; cut off the tops and hollow out a small space in each berry.
- Fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Top with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
- Refrigerate filled strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh strawberries that are firm and ripe.
- You can adjust the sweetness of the filling by adding more or less powdered sugar.
