Description

Ingredients

  • 2 jalapeños, finely chopped (fresh or pickled)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth using an electric mixer.
