A delicious twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring Kinder Bueno bars for added flavor and texture.
Ingredients

- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 3 large eggs (separated)
- 80g granulated sugar
- 200ml heavy cream (cold)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 packet ladyfinger biscuits (about 20–24 pieces)
- 200ml milk (or cold coffee for a twist)
- 8–10 Kinder Bueno bars (chopped)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Base: Separate the egg yolks and whites into two large bowls. In the bowl with yolks, add sugar and beat with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Add mascarpone and mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture. Then, carefully fold in the stiff egg whites. This creates a light, mousse-like cream.
- Assemble the Layers: Pour milk into a shallow dish. Dip the ladyfingers one at a time, quickly soaking them (don’t oversaturate), and place them in a single layer in a rectangular or square serving dish.
- Layer It Up: Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the soaked ladyfingers. Scatter half of the chopped Kinder Bueno pieces over the cream. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining cream and Kinder Bueno.
- Chill and Dust: Cover the tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours—or ideally overnight—to set. Just before serving, dust the top generously with cocoa powder and garnish with more chopped Kinder Bueno or a full bar for decoration.
Notes
- For an extra twist, use cold coffee instead of milk for soaking the ladyfingers.
- Let the tiramisu set overnight for the best flavor.
