Description

A deliciously fluffy whipped honey that can be enjoyed in various ways!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 oz jar of raw, unfiltered honey
  • 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional, chai spice would be amazing too!)

Instructions

  1. Add the honey to the bowl of your stand mixer with the whisk attachment.
  2. Turn the stand mixer onto the highest setting and let it whip for at least 20 minutes. The longer you let it whip, the fluffier it gets; I usually let mine go for 25 minutes.
  3. Carefully pour the whipped honey into whatever container you’re storing it in. Enjoy!
