Description
A deliciously fluffy whipped honey that can be enjoyed in various ways!
Ingredients

- 24 oz jar of raw, unfiltered honey
- 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional, chai spice would be amazing too!)
Instructions
- Add the honey to the bowl of your stand mixer with the whisk attachment.
- Turn the stand mixer onto the highest setting and let it whip for at least 20 minutes. The longer you let it whip, the fluffier it gets; I usually let mine go for 25 minutes.
- Carefully pour the whipped honey into whatever container you’re storing it in. Enjoy!
