Delicious oatmeal cookies made with old-fashioned rolled oats and a blend of sweeteners.
Ingredients

- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 large egg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, melt butter and mix with brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and then stir in molasses.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Fold in raisins and scoop dough onto lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool slightly before enjoying!
