Description
Delicious cheesy sliders made with Hawaiian rolls and beef or turkey patties.
Ingredients

- 1 bag Hawaiian rolls
- 1 bag frozen precooked beef or turkey patties (18 ounces)
- 8 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- toppings such as tomato, avocado, ketchup, mustard, pickles, etc. (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13″ pan with cooking spray.
- Remove slider buns from their package and slice horizontally, so you have a top layer and a bottom layer.
- Place the bottom layer into the prepared pan.
- Place the six burger patties onto a microwave safe plate and heat on high for 4 minutes.
- Cut each patty into four pieces.
- Place one burger piece on each of the rolls (you’ll need 12).
- Arrange four cheese slices over the patties.
- Repeat by adding the remaining patties and cheese slices.
- Top the sliders with the bun tops and set aside.
- Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley; brush over the sliders. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
- Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is all melted.
- Serve warm with additional toppings, if desired.
Notes
- You can use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Feel free to customize the toppings according to your taste.
