Description
A delicious creamy spaghetti dish featuring Cajun-seasoned beef, cheeses, and herbs for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb diced sirloin or ribeye steak
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a rolling boil. Add the spaghetti, cooking until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Take the diced sirloin or ribeye steak and sprinkle it generously with Cajun seasoning. Toss until the beef is well coated for maximum flavor.
- In a hot skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the seasoned beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Using the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
- Pour in the heavy cream, then add cream cheese, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Stir continuously until everything is smooth and melted together, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return the cooked beef and spaghetti back into the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything thoroughly with that irresistible creamy sauce.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot, and don’t forget to add extra Parmesan and a pinch of Cajun spice for that added kick!
Notes
- This dish is best served immediately for a creamy texture.
- Add more Cajun seasoning if you prefer a spicier flavor.
