Description

A delicious and healthy smoothie made with cottage cheese, banana, and strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 small banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, add the cottage cheese, banana, strawberries, maple syrup, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little extra milk.
  3. Transfer to a glass and serve immediately.

  • For a creamier texture, opt for whole milk instead of almond milk.
