A delicious and healthy smoothie made with cottage cheese, banana, and strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 small banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 3/4 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, add the cottage cheese, banana, strawberries, maple syrup, and milk.
- Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little extra milk.
- Transfer to a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, opt for whole milk instead of almond milk.
- Can substitute strawberries with any other berry.
