A colorful charcuterie board perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 chorizo (chopped)
- 4 oz salami (hot or mild)
- 4 oz cheddar cheese (chopped)
- 1 wedge brie
- 1 wedge blue cheese
- 1 cup Kalamata olives (pitted)
- 1 cup green olives (pitted)
- 1 batch guacamole
- 1 batch salsa
- 1 batch pesto
- 1 batch keto crackers
- 1 batch keto tortilla chips
- 1 cup salted nuts (I used cashews and almonds)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 large cucumber (sliced)
Instructions
- Place your board or platter onto a flat surface.
- Start by adding your dips and olives into small bowls. Place them all over the board.
- Add the salami and chorizo, followed by the cheeses, then add the crackers and chips.
- Distribute the nuts and fruits to the remaining spots available on the board.
- Serve the charcuterie board immediately, or cover completely and refrigerate, for up to 3 hours.
