Description

A delicious and creamy mango graham cake perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 18 graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes and slice them into thin even pieces.
  2. In a large chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  4. Arrange a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the crackers.
  6. Add a layer of mango slices over the cream.
  7. Repeat the layers of graham crackers, cream, and mango until all ingredients are used.
  8. Finish with a final layer of cream and top with extra mango slices if desired.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for the best texture.
  10. Slice and serve cold.
