- 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 18 graham crackers
Instructions
- Peel the mangoes and slice them into thin even pieces.
- In a large chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Arrange a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the crackers.
- Add a layer of mango slices over the cream.
- Repeat the layers of graham crackers, cream, and mango until all ingredients are used.
- Finish with a final layer of cream and top with extra mango slices if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for the best texture.
- Slice and serve cold.
